Getting error on publishing process modal

Hi All, 
 
 I am getting below error after adding one output variable in process variable. 
 I am calling one CDT n storing in process variable. 
 Kindly help me on that. 
 
 "There was an error in an expression in Script Task at Output Expressions : Cannot create an identifier with zero length key\"
