Hello
I'd like to know what if recommended by APPIAN about the following case:
- we have developped some "technical" processes (for example, to update automatically daily some reference list inside APPIAN with external data)
- we have also some "technical" sub-processes inside business process
All processes of these types are currently configured to run "as whoever designed this process model", and because people are moving here, I'd like to avoid disasters when one of the system administrator accounts will be disabled.
How are we supposed to manage this kind of situation ? I saw in the documentation to avoid user hardcoding, is there a technical / system account which could be used for this situation ?
Thanks in advance
Regards

Its good to use Group and not a single person. That group can have one user also.
you could a appian id 'techuser' for task assignments, When deploying to prod always use a systemid ex: 'prodreleasemanager' and that user will be the process model owner when deployed and now that people go and come does not matter. I hope this answers to some extent.
