Appropriate use case for using Quick Task

Hi Team,

 

I have a PM in which I have configured user input task as "Quick Task". If I don't make it as quick task ,I can view the same under Tempo-->Tasks. But when configured as quick task it is not coming ;from where I can continue this quick task. Basically a simple use case scenario for using Quick Tasks also will be of great help

  • Mostly We uses quick task in these cases

    1. Just Confirmation or Acknowledgement form which just give Acknowledgement of completing a task
    2. Related Actions which user just want to complete and don't want to see in his/her task list.
    3. Quick task works as related action in process backed record. There is no need to create separate process for process backed record if we are using quick task.
