"Alert: A Task is Unassigned"
"A task within a process for which you are an administrator requires your attention. The task currently has no valid assignees and will not be completed without intervention."

Assignment for this task is inherited from the swimlane, set by a pv of type People. The pv is populated following a database read earlier in the process flow.
The alert is also produced if the pv is initialised (I used model owner) of if assignment is set at the node level.
There is no user impact, the task is assigned to the correct user once the process flow reaches it.

Any suggestions how can I prevent this alert?...

Could it be that the pv contains no value (empty) so that it throws the alert? If that is the case then you might want to try assigning a default value to that pv until it get assigned with the proper user or group?
