We have create a process model which executes based on an email to launch jobs. Inside the process model there is one sub process model for storing attachment but whenever this process model executes, It got stuck at sub process model and in the alert it shows permission issues. I checked the permission and its already set to All Users group. Also the same sub process model is used in other applications as well and its working fine there. This is happening with all the users. Any idea which security needs to be posted here?

With this same setting this process model works fine in other area only the process model where task is launched via email, Its not working
Hi viveku0001,I would like to let you know that setting the run as whoever designed this process model as good one until you have any specific requirement to capture the process initiator later to make use in reports. Why because, for all the deployments to higher environments we need to use an admin account for deployments only, and appian recommends this. In addition to that please check the security of the for the folders where you are storing this attachment, if not configured properly inside the subprocess may fail.
