Hi all,
We have an issue where users are receiving few task related emails from Appian but with blank subject. As a result of this the robots are unable to pick those requests since they take data based on subject.

Hi Amit, The Task Name should come in the email subject when that user input task is assigned. is this happening to few or for every one? I tested for Basic user and Administrator both are getting Subject line
