Issue related to Export SQL to Excel

Question

Hello, 
 I am experiencing the below error when using smart service Export SQL to EXCEl: 
 The following error was raised by the Export to Excel function: /usr/local/appian/ae/_admin/accdocs3/9083/10011546.xlsx (No such file or directory). 
 I have checked that template file which i am using is presented in the folder. 
 Can you please let us know what could be the issue. Regards, Sirisha N.

Hi Srisha, 
Try uploading a new version for the template Appian document. This will retain the Appian document ID and all its relation with other Appian objects but a new internal file name (file path in server harddisk) will be assigned to the current version. This should help your problem.
