Issue related to Parse Excel to CDT

Hi,

I am experiencing the below issue while using Parse Excel to CDT smart service...

Created the CDT with same column names as in the Excel sheet and configured data inputs and outputs ( Excel sheet, CDT value, row number, sheet number...... and outputs)

And then trying to write the data into the database, provided the entity and input...

I don't know why it is not parsing

Please advice on below issue
