Hi,

I am getting below error for one of the process model processes:
"This process has been inactive for a time period exceeding defined limits".

Can anyone let me know the reason for this issue and how to resolve it.

Hi,

Can you share more details on which node it gets stuck in or is it for all the instances or only specific.
if it is stopping at any smart service they that might be because the default allocated time of 1 minute is getting exceeded while processing the node to completion.

Hi can you got to Monitroing tab and resume the process, That can help resolve the issue
