Is this a cloud installation or on premise? Are all users having this issue, or is isolated to you?

Premise , yes all users having same issue. only one process model having issue. Rest of them are Good.

O, now that's interesting, there's only an issue with one specific Process Model. Is it all instances of that process model, or a specific process instance only. I'm guessing it has to do with data management. Are you possibly archiving or deleting the process instance 0 days after completion. If so, it may be that the instance is deleted/archived within the time the modeler take to load, causing this issue. But that's purely speculation.

This issue is with specific Process instance only and data management > Archive processes set 3 days.

Just an update on this issue. We were able to get the process instances to load after importing the Process Model itself from another environment. Unfortunately, time did not permit us to investigate the issue further for a root cause. Thanks

Interesting. To be clear, Did importing the model fix the already live instances? Or only instances that were started after the import?
