Quick Apps Builder

Hi,

Is there any way to see how the Quick Apps is built?

I want to create a generic process which will create a simple request/approval process model.

And since the Quick Apps already has a similar functionality, is there any way where i can see how is built?

If not, do you have any suggestion how can i achieve this? I saw that Vuram already built a similar app builder.
