I have created a Task Report in SITE, it shows active tasks in a grid format with links to the Tasks which opens in Tempo. But as an user I want to do the whole process in a SITE only. How can I achieve this?

What exact problem do you want to solve?
I have the same requirement i do not want to have tasks appearing in tempo . Only on site the task should appear. Have tried quick task as well but the task does not appear in the task report (which i am using to show task on site) after trigger of the process immediately , some action is to be performed on the quick task then the task is shown on task report which is not how i want it.
Quick tasks are a whole different concept and will not solve your issue.
Do you use Tempo at all? If not, I suggest to deny access to users.
Task reports can easily be filtered to only show tasks of specific processes of you application.
