I have imported an existing application on a new AppianV7.2 server instance.When i am trying to run the process model,it shows me an error that paginggrid can not be created and access is denied.Below id the exact error I am getting-
We’re sorry! A problem occurred while processing your last request.
An error occurred when building an element.
Type: gridpaging
id: gridpaging4
error: Access is denied.

Any pointers how to resolve this....

This happens when the URL you're using in the browser to log into Appian doesn't match the following properties in custom.properties (<APPIAN_HOME>\\runtime_ear|ear\\suite.ear\\conf):

conf.suite.SCHEME=
conf.suite.SERVER_AND_PORT=

Let me explain this with an example. If the properties are set to:

conf.suite.SCHEME=https
conf.suite.SERVER_AND_PORT=eduardo.appiancorp.com

then for the paging grid to work I need to access Appian through: eduardo.appiancorp.com/.../

Here's another example, for these settings

conf.suite.SCHEME=http
conf.suite.SERVER_AND_PORT=eduardo.appiancorp.com:8080

my URL will have to be eduardo.appiancorp.com:8080/.../
