I want to initiate a process through email which will have an attachment and also need to parse the attachment to populate the process variables.Any pointers on how to achieve this?...

You can use the attachment property from the email msg to get the attachments. Here is the documentation on this - forum.appian.com/.../Start_Event:_Receive_Message
