"Move to Collab" smart service is breaking and giving error in alert as: "Name is uniquely insufficient."

Hello All,

We are working on 17.2 version of Appian. We have the functionality to copy file from another server to KnowledgeCenter, to achieve that we are using "Move to Collab" smart service(from File System Service). While doing so it is working on lower environments(DEV/QA) but on UAT it is breaking and giving error in alert as: "Name is uniquely insufficient".

Please help us on this.
