As part of our design, we create a PDF document that can be accessed via link on the Tempo page. The document comes up with the updated data when the task is accessed via web but the same document shows empty when accessed from iPad or iPhone. Are there any specfic setting to see the document on the iOS device....

Christine - I was previously using the stock IOS PDF viewer. I have now installed Acrobat Reader and still no luck. To add more information as how we are accessing the document: We create a pdf document and access it via on-form link (in Tempo). So this works on web but on iOS device when you click on the link, the document's populated fields show up empty.

I'm testing the same application / same PDF template as mentioned here: I also tried on android using 2 different PDF viewer apps (though neither was the Adobe app) and had the same result - the PDF fields which were supposed to be populated in-process show up blank. This was while opening directly from the tempo form, too.

Senthilar - you would need adobe reader for this. The pdf reader on the iOS wont work. you would need to choose the adobe reader when given an option to open the document.
