I am having a question and a part of requirement like,
Client will send an email from their end to our outlook with an image (like screen shot) in a body in Receive email smart service.
Do we have any possibility to do like in Appian.
If yes, please explain how to do the configuration in email body.

You should be able to retrieve it using 'msg!properties'.'Attachments'. This basically extracts all attachments from mail. It should work even if attachment is in body. Test it out
