I have 800 errored processes.
want to complete all "processes with error" by starting end node so that process will complete.
I don't want to cancel or delete process.
I tried IFM but no luck.
Please suggest a solution.

Hmmm, it seems like canceling the process would be the most effective way to manage these, since you can use bulk actions or even create a separate process that would cancel all of them. Is there a reason you want to complete the processes without canceling them?
