Call a site directly from Process model

Hi all,

   I am in the report screen, using the link I can go to the record of the other site. From that record, I need to go back to the report screen(Record to Report screen goback ). How can I achieve this? If any ideas please guide me.

   I try this by using the Record--> List --> Action(In the process model show the report screen). If I try to do this it will show the Report inside the already opened Record. For this in the Action i.e) in the Process model is there is any other way to call the other site report directly.
