Is the related action a quick task or a process model? If process model, the model must have a tempo-enabled start for or no start form:

If the process model is not published, it would not show under "Related Actions". Might that be the issue? Also, are you testing as a user who has at least initiator rights to the process model?

i was passing a parameter to process so when i opened my start form and marked it as a tempo enabled. its starts working but now my start form is coming in action which in fact is used to pass value to second activity.

If you want to pass a parameter to the process model, you can delete the start form and pass the parameter using the context expression when you define the related action. Keep the variable in the model as a parameter.
