We are facing weird issue in production environment for one of the process model and same process model is working in lower environments.
When we are calling query entity rule from process model with batch size lets say 25 then also it is giving us "An error occurred while retrieving the data" error.
if we run same rule independently in production then it is running successfully .
Same rule is working through process model with batch size 500 in lower environment .
We have tried to reduce batch size also but no luck still getting same error in production . since rule is not failing independently we are not able to identify what could be the reason.
Has anyone run into the same problem?

This type of error might be related to the data itself. One very common example is trying to retrieve a date-time value from the database that is set to something like "0000-00-00 00:00". You should be able to diagnose in more detail by looking at the server logs.
