i am getting 504 error while inspecting the package while import we have almost 700 object in the pacakge
if we done with small package i am not receiving this issue aqlso not getting any error in logs in network tab it is saying http timeout can someone help resolving this issue.

Since your package size is large it will take some time to inspect. Getting this error is common for large size package, although inspection goes on in the background. You can check News tab to check if the import has been completed or not.
If it's happening during the inspecting step, then i assume that means it's prior to the part where they actually start the import.
yes it happening before the import in inspect step if we import without inspect import is successful.
