It seems you are not getting the time zone correctly. Our application is in several countries and we use different calendars. But launching scheduled processes doesn't do it correctly.There is some way to know the specific timezone of a defined calendar.

If you want to ensure it's consistent, I'd suggest hard-coding a timezome in the timer. Once you enter a time, the timezone will use an autocomplete so you can choose the appriopriate timezone.
