Dear Team,
I would like to design a process model, which should get all the old process which are active beyond certain days, and then the user should be intimated for the amount of memory they are consuming because of their stale process, then they will approve it for auto cancelling.
I know we can add exception flows in process model to make it auto cancel, but my requirement is users to make decision on their old stale processes.
Please help me with some high level ideas on this.
Thanks in Advance.....

What reasons would a User NOT approve a Process for auto-cancelling? I guess the question is: "What rules will a User use to determine when a Process gets cancelled or not?". If those "rules" are deterministic then embed them in the system and free up the Users to conduct more valuable work.
this response didn't help me
I was probing to see if what you were asking for was really the best option to solve the problem. Unless we're sure we're solving the right problem then we may end up delivering the wrong thing.
Our use case is unique, we can't explain everything here. Please suggest if you can help for the requirement. (or) Just ignore and dont reply my query.
