I have a process model with 2 UIs in it. First UI process start form which 2nd ui is User input task.
Once the Start form is completed, there are few sub-processes that writes data to various tables. Once the sub-processes completed, they reach 2nd UI which is just a Customized Confirmation screen with message. It is configured with a timer for about 15 min.
All the processes completes with in less than a minute and reach confirmation screen, but the confirmation screen in not shown. Instead process just waiting without completing.
While in front end, task completed with default "Action Completed" Appian message without the Confirmation Screen.
I could not figure out the issue. Please guide me!

Seems like an activity-chaining limit issue - refer to Activity-Chain Limits.
What is the total node count (including nodes in subprocesses) between the start node and the confirmation screen user input task? If this node count is more than the limit configuration in custom.properties file then the confirmation screen will not show. You need to reduce the # of chained nodes below the limit specified in custom.properties. Refer to Configuring Activity-Chaining.
server.conf.exec.CHAINED_EXECUTION_NODE_LIMIT=?
Hello Omkar,
Thank you so much for your response. It did helped me to figure out the issue. We have the nodes exceeded config Limit.
Trying to reconfigure the process model.
Thanks!!
Great! Could you please verify my answer (green check) when you get a chance?
