Can you check the logs? Usually the application server log will give you a more detailed error message.
Is there any way to continue the flow even this error appears?
Yes, the typical design paradigm is to set up the send email node as part of a sub-process. Then, if you start the sub-process asynchronously, the main process will continue even if the email fails.
There is scenario where I want to continue the flow even though call integration smart service fail with red cross. I can not use above approach to start startProcess ss as it is asynchronous , I want output from call integration ss for further calculations if call successful.
Is there any other way to achieve this?

Can you verify what the issue is with the integration? The nice thing about the Call Integration Smart Service is that it doesn't pause by exception if it receives an error as a reponse from the API call. Instead, it has an error parameter that will capture whether the integration succeeded or failed and allows the process to continue.
The only time you should see the red cross on the Call Integration node is if you have an expression evaluation error or incorrect configuration.

One of the prod instance was failed at call Integration so thought of do error handling when red cross and end the process with task. Will check all expressions first then will get back to you.
Normal error handling is there when failure response.
