I would like to know if this functionality presented on the Appian site is still available in Appian 20.2 where I can see logs for the user input task how much time it took to be completed for example ?

I think what's shown there are "node statistics"
There are 2 ways to toggle this.
Either click the button in the toolbar that looks like a column chart, or from the View menu, select "Show Node Metrics"
