we configured the data management settings for one of the process model as delete after 7 days of completion.
now we have a requirement like one of the particular completed instance need to stay for some more time. will it be possible to change or apply the data management setting to instance?

I do not know of a way of achieving this. What's the Use Case? Why do you need to have different Data Management values for different instances? What is the criteria for deciding which instances would get what Data Management setting?
our requirement is keep one of the desired instance should be in memory based on our analysis.
Sorry, I understand what you're asking for, my question about the Use Case is "why"? Why do you need to differentiate specific instances of a process model?
