Hi, I am sending message to another process model upon escalation. The recipient process model then sends an email to the user/group/supervisor based on Rules. The problem is, the message fails if the recipient process model has emailrecipient datatype as input. I am passing a Rule to this input from the calling process. If I remove the emailrecipient datatype from input, the message is successful. Any known issues around passing Rules as input for emailrecipient via message?...

As long as the mapping are of the same data type (i.e. Data mapping in message sender and message receivers are the same), then you should be ok. Check to ensure that the output of your rule is also the expected data type.
