I have few process models which are timer-based and are started every day at a certain point in time. The issue I am facing is there are specifically some nodes like:
The issue is that, they are not running automatically which they are supposed to run. This is happening only with some specific nodes which I've mentioned. I've compared the configuration with the other similar nodes in the process models which are running fine but couldn't find any difference which may lead to this issue.
To run these nodes, I have to specifically right-click on the concerned node of the running instance and click on Start. Post that, it goes through properly. Any help on this would be great!

Just to understand more, what is the chaining size of the pm's including these nodes? Are the nodes breaking or just hang? Are there any pv's inside sub process models which have thier "required" checked? Is it possible for you to attach a screenshot for any of these nodes to better understand the situation.
I am attaching the screenshots of the process models. The nodes marked with red are the ones with issues
None of the PV is checked as required in any of the sub-processes. Yes, the PV in the sub-process which is mapped with the PV passed from the parent process model is marked with Parameter.
You have a complex gateway in the first screenshot. Both outgoing flows end in terminate nodes. Any chance that: 1) both flows are getting used, and 2) the "down" flow ends the process instance before the "right" flow reaches its end node?
Yes, as per the implementation, both the outgoing flows are being used, and yes, the "down" flow ends before the "right" flow. Is this something creating trouble here?
Yes, per what Carlos was hinting at, if the bottom flow reaches the Terminate node before the top flow does, then everything in that process instance will be instantly halted even if it's in-progress. That is the designed behavior of Terminate nodes.
If you can provide a screenshot of an already-run instance of just the top model, we can visually confirm this.

Just to cut to the chase, I would replace your complex gateway with a combination of an AND and 2 XOR nodes. See nodes in red below.
