There was a new feature added recently in 21.1 where you can view the history of all archived processes in the monitoring view. With this feature, can I unarchive any archived process? Or would this only work on process archived after this update? I don't see anything when I select Archived for process status. And yes I have several process that are set to archive in 1-7 days.

I noticed this too after our instances were upgraded to 21.1 - I opened a support case with Appian, and they pointed out that for existing cloud instances, the feature would not be enabled quite yet - probably closer to when 21.2 is deployed.
In the 21.1 Release Notes, I believe this was the intention behind the sentence that says "This feature will be enabled by default for all new customers as part of this release and will be enabled for all customers in future releases."
Until they have this feature fully implemented. You may use Self-Service Process Unarchive (SSPU) solution from the app market to unarchive instances on-demand.
