Hi, in my process I have 2 main subprocesses:
1 - users upload in different folders some documents (ex. in Phase A upload doc X and Y, in Phase B upload doc L and M and N),
2- automatically the system copies documents in other folders (ex. Folder D contains documents from Phase A, Folder E from Phase B).
I wanted to use "Move document to folder" smart service but it moves files...instead I want to automatically copy them (so documents should stay also in Phase A and B).
How can I reach it automatically? Is there some function? Thanks!...
