Can I import and export process in BPMN 2.0 and the documentation it generates for the process flow. If yes, can someone please guide me on how can we do it?

Just to elaborate on this...BPMN can be used to describe the 'What" you want a process to do. Appian is used to implement the "How" a process is achieved. Although they both notionally use BPMN to express this, typically the technical implementation in Appian is very different from the way an analyst expresses the process when documenting it. There is always a "technical transformation" exercise to bridge the world of analysis and the world of implementation, for many different reasons.
