Hi
We are sending email with attachment to external email id using send email smart service. It was working fine and suddenly stopped working.
We tried changing the sender option to 'Process initiator' and 'Custom Sender'. Now it is working for few but not for all. There is no failure and send email node completed successfully.
Please suggest a solution if you have faced this issue or any guess on this issue.

If Appian is not giving you an error, you will need to troubleshoot this at the email server level. Review logs there to determine if the issue is with outgoing email, or this could be incoming policies for the recipients as you note it works fine for some but not for all. Can you confirm if any of these are making their way to spam folders, etc?
