Hi,

We work on a server which is shared by several development teams. For any error in a process, every member in every team was getting email notification. To avoid this, we set the 'Alert Recipients' to 'Use custom error alert settings.' and to 'Send alerts to the following users & groups'. We have mapped a Group which has only 2 members from our team. But what we notice is, still every Administrator user in Appian is getting email notifications instead of just the 2 intended recipients. We are on Appian 7.3

Is this a known issue? Any workarounds available to stop this behavior? Thank you!

Tim, all the Processes are Saved and Published and infact they have been promoted too. I checked to make sure the Alerts are set to appropriate group, and they are. Still the Alerts are sent to the bigger audience. This problem happens for new as well as old processes.
