I updated the process dashboard page in development and imported it into production. How can i associate the BPM2 process dashboard page I created to the BPM2 process dashboard?...

If you have configured a process dashboard page (which you did by starting an instance of the process), going to the PROD environment, starting an instance of the same process should get you to the same process dashboard
