We are using smart service 'export data store entity to excel'. While downloading the excel it has 4036 rows but in table in database it has more than 4036 records. We tried same with different table, limiting number of columns but each time it only generates 4036 rows in excel even if data in table is 4080 or more.
Can anyone suggest is there any limit in number of rows being generated through this smart service, or we can find any alternative method to this issue.

Hi Anurag ,Have you found any solution/alternative for this issue ? Im also facing this issue since it fetching out only limited data (doesn't generate excel , instead break in process model in 23.4 version). Any suggestion would be great help! Thanks in advance!

yeah I did. It has thrown contact system administrator error.

I thought querying the view is not working but it does work well in other regions and I optimized it but still this smart service is not working in fetching out data from view( having 10600 rows)
As per Appian documentation (Issue with Quering DSE) there could be multiple reasons. Now can I ask you to check if you pull only one column data from that DSE, does it return all 10600 rows?
If yes then you might have to either reduce the data that you are pulling or optimize the DB calls (using index on tables or replacing Join with Inner join where needed etc.)

I pull out more columns data from multiple tables joined using join(). I optimized the query but still its unable to fetch 10600 rows from the view.
Yeh I tried Abhay. Its erroring out as ANPX Error. Thought of optimizing the query and did it but still its working same
