Hi Appian DevsI am getting an email for everytime i hit the process model, in my test environment.The process is to add a template, basically a file upload field in the interface which is linked to a folder, "templates" inside the Knowledge center.The email on every hit of adding the template is here below:amzad.hussain@telusinternational.com has requested a change to add a new file "Short_Name Template File" to the "TCT_KC" Knowledge Center. Click here to Approve or Deny the request.

Does your user have at least editor permissions on that folder?
No, default is no access
Then try to change that.
