I am using send email smart service.
I wanted to mails to customs email, not on groups. Anyone know how to do that?
I have used toemailrecipient() function in cc and it's not working and breaking the process also.

No need to use any function, just save the mail id in process variable and call that as pv! in the To field.
That is not a good approach at all. You should always wrap the email addresses in the toemailaddress() function and wrap the groups in the toemailrecipient() function to avoid any run-time errors.
