Hello everyone,
So I've created an Interface to aprove an Item after it has been added:
From my site, I create a new Item writting down name, code, type... and it gets inserted in my data base correctly, and generate a New Task to aprove it, but this task comes with the empty fields:
This is how my Input Task Confiuration Looks like:
Is the problem in the interface? Or in the task configuration? I don't know what to do, I feel like I've tried everything but I'm quite new to Appian and could use some help.

What is the value of pv!record in your running process instance?
Did you confirm that the Form inputs are mapped correctly for both Language options? Just in case that's causing some sort of mismatch here.
