Hello:
Can a process model pass back data to the record view interface when the user either cancels or submits a form within the process model?
The scenario I am looking to handle is when a user clicks into a record view from the record list view. Within the record view, the interface has selectable tabs. The user usually selects a different tab before starting the process model. The issue I am having is when a process model is started from a record action on the record view interface, the selected tab index within the record view is reset to the original selected tab index of when the user entered the record view.
Is there a way a process model can pass the selected tab state(or any data) to record view once the record action in the process model is cancelled or submitted?
Thanks!

Processes started using a!startProcessLink or a record action cannot return any data to the UI.
The only option I see is to temporarily store the selected tab to DB or use the text cache plugin.
thank you for the response! I think the text cache plugin would work for my use case.
