I have data saved in Appian DB ,
I want to export all the data into an excel and store in a location ,and the data need to be deleted from DB,
But before deletion I need to send an EMAIL (after a week ) as kind of reminder that Data will be deleted .
Then I have to remove all the DATAS from DB .
And this process need to be performed on the starting of every month .
Is it the correct approach ?
I am getting 2 files from 2 tables , but Encryption node allwos one document to be protected with password .how will they be passed to get encrypted

Looks OK to me. I am missing the delay for this reminder email. And the start node need to be scheduled.
Few questions:
1) from how many tables you have to export the data?
2) On which loation you have to store the files?
Few suggestions:
1) You have to make your start node as a timer node. To do this, right click on the start event-> go to trigger-> select timer. Configure the timer properties.
2) Between Excrypt excel node and send email node, user timer node to delay it for 7 for days.
Rest looks good.
Start Node should be scheduled to 1st of every month and the EMAIL should be scheduled to 7th of every month . Is it correct
For 2 tables I have to extract the data . The location is out of APPIAN .
then you have to use integration to store the file into outside of the Appian if you want to do it automatically. But from process model side, it looks good once you made the necessary changes.
So The start event will run on 1st of every month and datas will be exported .After 7 days of start event the email will trigger and then the data will be removed from DB . Is it correct

Note: You can create a single file as well by updating the document which you are creating for table 1. For that you have to store the newly created document id into a process variable and pass that process variable into the updatedocument configuration of the second table and use sheetNumber as 2. It will insert the DB data of second table to sheet number 2 in the same excel.
I am doing that , but instead of passing document id , I am passing the pv!documentname in Updatedocument .
Where can i get the document id
In the output of the export datastore entity to excel.
In the output I am storing the result(New Document) in a PV and using it .
