Hi All, i tried using import excel to database smart service to import the data from excel to database which is working as expected, but when i test some negative scenarios like in one of the fields i gave more than 255 chars and tried uploading. Its failing and i wanted to capture the error so in output section i have created the pv to store the same. But its not working. Can anyone tell me how to solve this issue pls... thanks

This plugin can be a little finicky at times. For this reason I always implement fn!readexcelsheetpaging() instead from the Excel Tools plugin, to read the Excel document in an expression rule, then you can cast it to your CDT while performing any transformations necessary. Once your CDT is populated, simply use the Write to Data Store Entity service. It is a few more steps, but much more flexible and supportable I find.
