What is the best way to upload a 300~500 MB file into Appian server from a local system.
Using SFTP smart service / Normal upload and then use Move Collab smart service or is there any other option.

I've had success with FTP pulls in the past. You can also manually upload as long as the file size is not larger than 1 GB. This page has more information on upload constraints: forum.appian.com/.../Uploading_a_File
