Hi,
I have setup a timer to run "Daily" and "Every weekday" at 4 PM. This should trigger a email notification.
But, I am receiving an email notification on every day at 5:30 AM EST.

Did you try to configure the timezone of the process?
When I look into Time Zone it was showing "Asia/Colombo".
Could you please let me know how can I get "Eastern" by default for all the process model. Do I need to setup this during Appian Installation?
You can just change that and make sure to disable the override.
