I'm doing document data extraction and using two CDT for that and have following error in the task "Write to data store entity :

There is a column in your CDT which is null but it expects a value. My idea is that you did not set your Primary Key to Auto increment. Can you try doing it and see if it works?
Yes it is set to Auto increment still the same error.
Can you attach the XSD or the screenshot of POC2InvoicedetailsDT7844
