Could you please describe about the "Process Backed Record".What is the role of Process Backed Record?
Is Process submission is enough to define it's defination?
Or
Do we need to wait the completion of the process to define its definition?

Each active (unarchived) process instance will appear as a record as mentioned in the documentation as well

So If any process is submitted but not completed yet i.e (running unarchived instance) can also called process backed record?
Yes you can see them once you submit the process
