How to update Process Model after I have changed Appian Primary locale from "English (US)" to "English (UK)" ?

My process models were developed and tested when Primary (and the only) Locale was English (US) by default.

I now need to change the Primary Locale to English (UK) - to get the dates appearing in correct format (as I am in New Zealand, and here we use date format as dd/mm/yyyy; and not the American mm/dd/yyyy format).

When I change my Primary Locale to "English (UK)" - the date formats work well; but my Process Model names are showing as "???". 

I do understand that somehow I need to redefine Process Model names in the new English (UK) language (which BTW seems strange, as the process model names would be exactly same in these two "languages" :-) ).

However, I don't know how to do it. Are there any other properties that I need to update for the new locale?

Any thoughts, for a proper solution to this?
