The task priority for the User Input Task must go to the correct outflow. But it keeps on going to bottom one ( the High Priority one ), even though I set the priority to Low. How do I configure this so that once the script task has executed, it goes to the correct outflow?

As the XOR defines where the process flow is going to, I would help to see that configuration.
I am pretty sure that the priority is not a string like "Low". I suggest to try the integer values 0, 1 and 2 for low, medium and high.
Should it be tp!priority or pp!priority?
tp!priority is the priority of the XOR node. pp!priority is the priority of the process instance.
