Hi Richa, The first question to be asked is: What kind of source environment you are talking about? Is it an Appian Cloud instance or is it a on premise installation? If it is an Appian Cloud instance, that needs Appian support, if on premise, it is possible to achieve it by yourself (I have done this a couple of times). One important precondition is, the Appian version and even the version of the hotfixes have to be identical regarding the source and the target environment. If on premise, a full back-up of the environment including the kdb files and some local kafka files are mandatory, of course also the database. It looks like the target environment already is on a new version and even updated with new business data, so you can't achieve your goal anymore except rolling back the data (you have to upgrade the Source system to the same version as the target system). If on cloud you need help by Appian support via a support ticket.
